I can hear you now, first partying like the end of the world, now planning about what I am going to write about a year in advance.  Seems inconsistent.  I understand your concern. Planning content can feel challenging, especially when considering other commitments like planning a vacation for next year, who does that? The key is to strike a balance that works for you. While planning content ahead offers benefits, it’s essential to be realistic about your schedule and commitments.

Instead of mapping out content for twelve months, consider planning in shorter intervals that align with your goals.  This approach allows for flexibility and prevents content creation from becoming overly burdensome. Content calendars should adapt to your needs, not the other way around.  My calendar is an ever-growing list of topics that I believe are grounded in helping you become a better blogger.  While I haven’t got 365 topics, my list is currently at 73.  Nearly 4 months worth, 3 months if you are counting working nonstop on weekends.  That crazy idea pops into your head, the lightbulb comes on, write it down on a “To Be Written” list using one of the tools that we discuss below.  EverNote anyone?
